Hi, I'm Hilary and I'm so glad you're here.  Like you, I've spent too much energy trying to please everyone in my life - work, family,  friends - only to feel like I'm failing everyone. 

I found myself stuck on the hustle-harder treadmill of life emotionally drained and completely burned out.  Until...I made it my mission to create more joy in my life. 

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Coach I am dedicated to helping others create not just work-life balance, but true joy.
